for anyone who saw the Today show on Tuesday. This is NOT SOUTHERN MARYLAND STUFFED HAM. It is some kind of mutation recipe. Beware! The recipe the "chef's" tried to pass off as Southern Maryland Stuffed Ham is a insult to true southern Maryland people and the traditional recipe.
