Hope everyone is doing well!

Just wanted to say hello and get a jump start on finding some guidance.

My toffee troubles are primarily in regards to shaping and molding the candies. (unique pitting reaction when candy is formed in contact with silicone.)
I'll be starting a thread on this in the appropriate section soon.

Any hard toffee/hard candy experts here?
