Another Mexican Salsa

This is another very simple but tasty Southwestern salsa for those who like such things.

One medium tomato
Two garlic cloves
Two jalapeno peppers
Worcestershire sauce

Peel the garlic cloves, quarter the tomato and cut the peppers in half. Place all on a broiler pan with the skin sides up and put under the oven broiler until the tomato and pepper are lightly charred. While hot, place all in a blender and puree, then add Worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste. Best if served hot - fresh out of the blender. In our home, we make only enough for a single meal.
