Charlie - 4 TBS equals 1/4 cup. So, if you are multiplying this by 10 here is your recipe:
2 1/4 Cups Wesson® Vegetable Oil, divided
10 small onion, chopped
10 large red bell pepper, seeded, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
10 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, sliced into 2 x 1/2-inch slices
10 can (8 ounces) La Choy® Bamboo Shoots, drained
10 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
10 jar (10 ounces) La Choy Sweet & Sour Sauce
1/2 cup plus 2 TBS La Choy Soy Sauce
1/2 cup plus 2 TBS cornstarch
1/2 cup plus 2 TBS water
In this recipe this is the most important conversion.
4 TBS = 1/4 cup
If it calls for 1 TBS and you multiply by 10 that equals 10 TBS. 10 TBS equals 1/2 cup then there are 2 TBS to complete the amount. 2 TBS equals 1/8 of a cup
