What to smoke?? I can feel it in my bones wanting to be next to my baby (Jennifer/BGE). I can fee her calling me in my dreams…… SMOKE ME!! SMOKE ME!! So what to smoke I want a big bash all out CAT DADDY grill!!!

2. Ribs
3. Brisket
4. Chicken
5. Venison
6. Elk
7. Fresh Salmon
8. Fresh Fish Combo
9. Craw fish
10. Lobster
11. Oysters
12. The dog
13. The WIFE
14. OR any combo

I don't think you can ever go wrong with brisket. Maybe it's just me but I can't think of anything better than a good brisket. Brisket or nachos, I'm always craving one of them. At least nachos don't take so long.
