Shoulder Tender? Looks like a muscle, probably tough; what the hell give it a try.
After working it over real good with my Jaccard tenderizer (That confirmed how tough it is) I marinated it in Italian salad dressing and a little garlic for two houre.
Oh well, here we go.
Very tasty even though slightly overcooked for me. Next time I will marinate it for 6-8 hours and cook a little less.
