Best Char-Broil grill of these two?

I put Olive oyl on Pork chops...or a light squrt of Olive Oyl flavor Pam. Tried it on steaks a few times. Couldnt tell much improvement. It helps brined pork chops brown up a little better and holds the rub tighter to the meat. Tried it on barnyard avians a few times. Just makes them taste nasty and greasy.
