Butter Chicken...what else can I put in?

I really love making Butter Chicken, but we find unlike a chicken curry that can have potatoes and beans, the butter chicken is basically chicken on rice.
Has anyone ever tried adding something else to the recipe?

[FONT=&quot]Add about 3/4's cup of chopped green onion.Will give it good flavor while cooking. Also any chicken I cook,whether fried,saute',boiled,grilled, I sprinkle season-all on both sides. It contains salt, white,black and red peppers..I put it on my hamburger patties, pork chops,steaks, even veggies when I steam them. I can't cook without it. It gives everything a great flavor. Try it! It's by Morton salt. has a dark blue label on front. With like orange spices in bottle.You only use that, don't salt and pepper too,or it will be toooo salty.

I've tried cashews before, which turned out amazing!

I stumbled across this recipe a little while ago... Haven't tried it yet, but sounds amazing!

Maybe you can try large pieces of green chillies or or capsicum... or even zucchini!
