so you think it will work with the cake mix? the egg nog i have, has nutmeg. no fresh in the house. will taste dough and add as needed to taste. thanks

hi katie, i put results on what are you baking today? tell me any ideas you might have to give more flavor. maybe vanilla or almond extract?

First thought...melt some white baking chocolate and add a goodly amount of nutmeg then dip at least half of the cookie in the melted mixture. Place on a rack or waxed paper to solidify.

This way, you'll have some creamy (from the melted chocolate) and some crunchy from the half that's not been dipped.

Just a thought.
