Cake Mix Cookies!

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
First thought...melt some white baking chocolate and add a goodly amount of nutmeg then dip at least half of the cookie in the melted mixture. Place on a rack or waxed paper to solidify.

This way, you'll have some creamy (from the melted chocolate) and some crunchy from the half that's not been dipped.

Just a thought.
