Today was a day of Q'n some pork butts and Jalapeno's stuffed with chorizo and cheese. The kids went nuts on the pork and then did the "Those Peppers Are Spicy" dance. There ere lots of runny noses after they ate.
I used a wood that we use in Hawaii called Kiawe (Kee-ya-vay). It has a very different flavor, but is realy mild and ads a great flavor to beef & pork.
