I got a meat slicer for Christmas but haven't used it much. Thought I'd use it today...
Eye of round roast seasoned with Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
On at ~250 until an internal of 125*
Off after about...I don't remember...maybe, 4-5 beers?
Peppers & onions.
One russet potato run through the slicer.
In the 350* oil.
Out of the oil.
Beef just before going through the slicer.
Sammie fixins.

Never used Cheese Whiz on a cheese steak before, I know it's how they do things in Philly, (usually use provolone, cheddar, or some other "real" cheese), gotta say, best cheese steak ever! Unbelievabley good!
