First off the cover over my outdoor kitchen is officially complete

A pot of red beans with a couple of ham hocks and Andouille sausage cooked on the grill for about 3 hours in my Lodge cast iron dutch oven.

Chicken thighs dredged in some Andy's Hot and Spicy Chicken breading and some Grand biscuits

My plate. Chicken, a biscuit and red beans over rice and garnished with a little green onions and Crystal hat sauce. Some some really good stuff!
Sweet I bet the neighbors are jelly!!
You must drive them crazy with all the BBQ smoke rollin out of your place!
Nice first cook under the new roof John, looks cool with the lights on. I'm betting a guy could cook a nice meal out there, eat it, sip a few cold ones and just fall asleep in the chair. ;)
