Like many gardeners, I had a bumper crop of chard...Trying to use it up.
I'm trying to do a spinach curry type soup, only with chard instead. Initial batch is way too bitter.
I've got turkey stock, chard, 1 onion, 3 tbs curry, 1 teaspoon red pepper, 1 tablespoon poultry season. Total recipe fills about 1/2 of a large pot.
Suggestions...? Or is it a lost cause? THanks!
