Dehydrated marshmallows

It's Christmas season. I'm making dehydrated marshmallows for my son, to go with a hot chocolate mix.
Mini-marshmallows dehydrated at 135-150 deg F for 6-24 hours, until they will shatter. Then store in air tight jars.
 
My dehydrator goes up to 145 deg F and it is outside and we have rain and icy weather.
After 24 hours, they are still chewable and gummy, with some crisp edges but not throughout.
I'm going to keep drying them for another day, maybe 2 until they are crisp.
