I have been working on cleaning out the freezer. I have not always be good at rotating my food stuffs in the freezer. So, yesterday I unearthed a herb marinated turkey breast from the depths of the chest freezer. Tonight, I grilled it on the grill and served it with fresh asparagus and basil garlic rotini. For dessert I made Glazed Lemon Nut Bread. I made four mini loaves, so I could share the bread with others. One loaf is going to my parents, one loaf to a coworker, and that leaves two loaves for me. I would give one to my brother, but he does not like lemon bread.
