Executive Chef
3 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 c white chocolate chips
3 c powdered sugar
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 c nuts I used peanuts
1 c coconut
Melt chocolates with butter until chocolates are soft enough to stir smooth. Do not overheat. Add chocolate/butter mixture to powdered sugar. Stir until smooth, add nuts and coconut really mix well. Place it all in an 8" X 8" pan, oiled. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on top and gently press to smooth mix.
Now you can leave it like that and you will have fudge for mine I drizzled some white chocolate mixed with a bit of peppermint oil. when I cut it up it will be a nice contrast between the sweet chocolate ans the salty peanuts.
or
Take a melon baller or small ice cream scoop and after the mixture has set up or cooled make little balls of this stuff.
Then coat with milk chocolate and place in the fridge to firm up.
Makes a good gift for a chocoholic.
