Did this small batch up last night. Very simple recipe with very few ingredients..pork, salt, paprika, chili powder...I have to work on my technique as the casing broke on me a couple of times. Hanging at room temp for 24 hours then they will take about three weeks hanging in the fridge...they ain’t pretty but they smell good...I’ll post some more pics as time goes on...
