Hello everyone and Happy New Year!!!

I'm not a chef but I love to cook for my family and friends! I live in northern Wyoming in a small town... under 700 people!

We don't have a lot of restaurants here... (I'm originally from Boston!) So you learn how to cook your favorite (out to eat) foods! Or... you go without!

So... when it came time to finish the kitchen of our new home... I went with a professional gas range! It's now even more fun to cook!

700 people, I call that a village

I lived in a village of ~800 called La Macaza in Quebec. It was a half hour drive to the nearest town (pop: ~2,000) if we wanted pizza.
