Well, this is my first cooking/culinary board I have joined. I am a 20 year old male from Pennsylvania and love cooking and BBQing! While I do enjoy cooking, I am not attending a culinary school, rather I am attending Penn State! I love reading books about grilling and cooking. Currently, I am trying some new recipes out of "The Fearless Chef". I'm excided to read many of the threads, and hear some suggestions about a good set of cooking knives, which I have been searching for for a long time!
