hello every one im in culinary school right now and need some help with menu costing ,,,,portions sizes and costing can any one help
Hi, Judy, I had some books when I was catering that were an immense help. Do you have access through your college bookstore for any of these? I'm sorry I can't remember the names of them, but they were specifically for the purpose of costing and portioning.
