Step 1: Make Stir Fry Sauce
So first we're going to make our stir fry sauce, start off with a sealable container add your soy sauce, vinegar, stock, cornstarch as well as all your spices and sugar Next we're going to shake this until everything is well blended. You can put this in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Step 2: Prep Your Steak
Next off were going to cut up our steak into bite-size pieces pick a size and stick with it as long as everything cooks evenly, add your cut beef to a bowl add some chopped garlic and a splash of the stir fry sauce and let that sit for about 20 mins.
Step 3: Chop Your Veggies
So while the meat marinates take this time to chop up your peppers and onion making sure all the pieces are about the same size.
Step 4: Cook Beef
So once you're done with chopping preheat a wok or a nice big frying pan add some oil and you want high heat to sear the beef. Once seared remove the steak from the pan.
Step 5: Wilt Veggies
Once the meat is removed throw your veggies in the pan for about 1 min until they get nice and welted or to your liking.
Step 6: Stir Fry
Peppers wilted and all add your steak back into the wok on medium heat add as much stir-fry sauce as you like and mix until sauce thickens!
Step 7: Serve
Once everything is melded together beautifully serve over a bed of rice and ENJOY!
