ISO stove/counter fill-in strips

I've seen strips that are installed between counter and stove top to keep crumbs from falling in. Does anyone know what they are called and where they are available. Each time I clean my stove top I see crumbs that have made their way into the crease. Thanks for any help.
 
No one will ever see those bits that fall down the crack. Clean what's visible and smile. Of course, if yo buy a new stove...

I've seen that stuff advertised in various catalogs around the holidays. I don't remember seeing them in stores. It might be worthwhile to check out Home Depot/Lowes. They seem to have some uncommon stuff.
 
I've got a glass counter protector/cutting board that I keep over that crack. I hope this photos explains what I mean..
