That is not burnt, just sticky gooey wonderful sauce. Put some leftover canned button mushrooms on the pan towards the end, heh heh, wonderful. Baked (micro) potato drowned in butter, steamed (micro) broccoli. Happy camper.

Ever since @larry_stewart made hot dogs, potatoes, and onions for supper, the hot dogs in the freezer have been calling my name. I had a couple of errands to run today, so that made a quick supper for tonight. I have my annual "check the girls" exam tomorrow, so now I have to think of something quick for then! Seems I forgot a couple of things when I grocery shopped yesterday and need to make a return trip to Market Basket...

Had what I call Poke the Cardiologists diet buttons.
Every time I had to see him he always asked about my diet.
No answer ever pleased him.I once said fasting on water for a week, how am I doing Doc?. Just to see his reaction. I got one. It was hilarious ;) He flipped out. It was just a joke.LOL!

Anyways, had for dinner a loaded baked potato topped with chili grilled steak on the side. I miss that guy may he rest in peace ;)
J/K. ;)
