Last Saturday I pulled some of the burgers I had ground up out of the freezer and we made bacon burgers with green chilies and smoked gouda cheese. We also cut up some potatoes, red peppers and onion, added some salt and pepper with a big glob of butter on top then cooked it in foil on the grill. I also added a picture of my boy who decided it was a good idea to try a back flip from one trampoline to another at a buddies house. As you can see by the picture the outcome was not good. He ended up going into surgery and now has 30+ staples, a plate and 4 screws in his arm with months of PT to follow.
