3 tablespoons EVOO
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 - 4 cloves garlic depending on how much you LOVE garlic.
1/2 cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce

Warm oil in sauce pan and saute onions and garlic until soft.

Add catsup, brown sugar, mustard and Wocestshire sauce. Mix well and simmer for five minutes.

Use on chicken pork or beef

Recipe can be doubled and freezes well.

Recipe can be changed to your taste buds.. add more or less of any of the above.

And for all you HOT lovers.. adding some dried crushed red peppers is ok too!
