Tonights dinner reminds me why I grow a garden. Had some new potatoes (dug last week) boiled til fork tender then browned in butter; green beans (picked last nite) cooked with a smoked ham hock, and a little out-of-my-garden onion and garlic; and a couple ears of bi-color sweet corn (picked an hour ago). No meat but didn't need it - I'm stuffed.
