Chuck roast on the grill seasoned wit some kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
Chuck hit 165*F. Added to a pan of veggies and a Guinness Draught beer.
Foiled the pan and cook for almost 3 hours

Some Ca blend veggies in the wok
Some stuffed pitas on the grill till the provolone cheese melts.
