Making a dinner on holidays can be really busy- this recipe is easy to make and doesn't take any time at all.
Pistachio Salad:
1-(3-1/2 or 3-1/4 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
1-(20-oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1-(9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Dissolve pudding with pineapple juice. Add rest of ingredients. Stir and chill.
