Well the Dry Aged Standing Rib roast was spectacular. ( It should be for $20 a lb ). So, how do you re-heat your leftover prime rib without killing it?

Cold beef on a bun. If it's cooked to perfection, I wouldn't mess with it.

If your out of buns or if you pursists it to be warm...
Vacuum it with a foodsaver, and heat it bain-marie.
