Does anyone find corporate chain restaurants have much better interpersonal policies than private restaurants? I have largely worked in chain restaurants and have found people are very civil there. But in private restaurants much less civil. Current boss and his partner own a single restaurant and I can tell you now if they were corporate they'd be fined all the time for sexual harassment and badgering young female employees with personal questions. They say, "sugar" and "honey" like they walked right out of the 1950s. Anyone else notice a difference?
