Just wanted to post some random meals that I had pictures for.
Gonna post up the meals that I got out to eat first.....
1. These are from a Mexican Restaurant near me.
El Camino's Salsa
El Camino's Chicken Fajitas Nachos
2. This was from an Irish Pub in North-ville MI. Don't remember the name, nut they were on Food Network's Man vs. Food for the Biggest Burger in the world. So i thought it would be nice to hit it up after a train show one day. Turns out there was really nothing special about the burgers, not special seasonings or anything. I would have been happy going to White Castle lol. But this was a 3lbs. Burger. (Notice the quarter!!!)
Well that is it for the out to eat stuff, back to me cooking.
1. I was in the mood for Chinese one day so I made some. Whole mushrooms in a heavy garlic sauce, Vegetable Lo-mien, and General Tao's Chicken.
2. New York Strip Steak topped with, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and compound butter, sweet potato wedges, and garlic mashed potatoes, had mixed vegetables in a bowl on the side.
3. Here is some pan fried chicken, with a side of Linguine, with my roasted garlic, and caramelized onion marinara sauce.
4. BACON, more importantly, MY bacon, well anywho, bacon sandwiches.
5. This was from my brothers birthday party that I cooked for. These are Moo-Oink balls, basically meatball wrapped in bacon.
6. Last but certainly not least. This was boneless breaded pork chops that I put a quick sear on then braised the some Marsala wine for about 4 hours. Applesauce, noodles, Harvard beets, and mushrooms in Marsala sauce that I thickened.
