2 questions if I may. I buy frozen blueberries for fruit smoothies. Can I just dehydrate the whole berries then throw them in the blender when required or would it be better to convert them into a powder?
I would like to try dehydrating mushrooms, one of my favorite ingredients in an omelet. Will they rehydrate back to their original texture and what would be the best way to do that?
