Best strategy to a good sirloin is the grade. A CAB top sirloin is worth firing up the grill without a lot of fuss. Just cook it like any other good steak. Now you move over into the select grade it gonna take some kinda mojo on it..or else add liquids. Works like about any other steak come to thunk on it..but it tastes mo betta than most. Sams sells it in the Choice grade..no CAB and its mighty good too. Now whut happens to the bottom of a sirloin I aint sure..but know it cant be good cuz it always cheaper.
