Smoked corn..

Take corn and peel back husks leaving husks intackt on the cob...remove loose silk (not neccessary to remove it all), wrap in bacon and pull the husk back up. Put in smoker for about an hour or until tender. Remove from smoker and take out bacon and discard (wow, that was tough to type). Serve as you would any corn on the cob.
I hope Witt will chime in if I made any mistakes...

Ive been eating my corn slathered in light butter, than mayo, salt and pepper and grated cheese...
 
If given enough time we typically soak the corn in water then do the above mentioned helps to steam the corn......had some of this the other day...
