Soy, Mustard, Brown Sugar Glaze
5 TBS Dijon mustard (she used a French grain mustard though)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
Can be used on salmon, scallops, pork medallions. The denser the product the longer this needs to sit on it.
