Well finally got round to tryin one a grandpa's recipes. I started a batch a sweet pickle spare ribs. Ain't bought the Freeze em pickle yet, so converted the recipe ta cure #1.
Now they cure fer 12 days, so November 1st will be smokin em. Will let yall know how they come out.
