Cool meal man... How did you stuff them? Just stab the meat and force the sausage /... well you know what I mean,,,

Make an "X" cut carefully through the middle (I use a very long cerated bread knife), and the frozen sausage/boudain slides right in.
I was going to do pictures of that, but it might have been booted because of the visual thing!
