Summer Vacation 2010

Took a pretty quick trip this year. We headed south to Jasper on Sunday last week. I had to be back to work on Saturday the 3rd.

On the way down I past this smoker which was pic worthy.

On Thursday we cooked some ribs and brisket.

In the middle of the rib cook it began to rain. Once I realized that my umbrella wasn't doing the trick, my brother came up with a solution.

The ribs were saved and all came out good.
