Since I had the night off I decided to BBQ a beef brisket from HEB Grocery Store. BBq'd for 5 hours at around 290 degrees and then foiled for 2 more hours. Rubbed with Terepin mustard & Sucklebusters Gold dust... Time to eat good today yall.... PS: threw a chunk of Pecan for flavor too....8)
