Yeah Larry, great minds think alike! I only did one because I also did pork tenderloin medalions! I wrapped the pork medalions in bacon and rubbed some with Big Rons rub and some with mine. Grilled them direct until they hit 145*. We also made some Alabama White Sauce that I thought we would use on the turkey, but it was just as good on the pork! My wife made cucumber salad and an orzo salad.
