I haven't done a tri tip in a while so I fixed that today.
Tip seasoned with some SuzieQs and some Carl's Ol' Western Barbecue Spice. On the grill with a chunk of red oak for smoke.
Time to pull the tri tip and crank up the heat.
Reverse sear and removed at 125* internal.
Also made some potato pancakes
green beans with mushrooms
and some cheesy garlic bread.
Sliced tri tip with a touch of Kinders BBQ sauce on top of the garlic bread.
then topped with some homemade Santa Maria style salsa
Plated.
