Collards and kale with natto and 3 grain mix, w/dijon and ranch dressing. Cantaloupe.
Well, I shelled the shrimp last night, have probably eaten too many of the cherry (grape) tomatoes, the spinach is just possible to rescue enough of it for the recipe, basil will pass without having to pick more...
and I've gone and eaten a couple of slices of buttered sourdough bread and a bunch of popcorn.
sigh.... Tuscan Butter Shrimp is on the menu for tomorrow?
