Well we just finished the fundraiser for work from the 70+lbs (raw weight) of pork I cooked this weekend. I also made 4 gallons of beans and 4 gallons of slaw. We sold 160 platters in less than an hour and could have probably sold 160+ more had I made more. I was shocked at the turn out, way more than I thought would be there. The flattering part about it was people I don't know were in line saying "I've heard how good your BBQ is". It ended up costing a total of $275 and some change and we ended up grossing $1,280.00. The people I did this with said next time I need to make more, I replied next time my time is not free!
