I have a recipe for duck and pomegranite soup which sounds great, but calls for a 'tablespoon of tamari'. Is that short hand for tamarind or something? It says I'll need to by it in a delicatessen...but I don't know what it is
OK, so really embarrassingly it turns out I already had some in my larder ...at some point i must have liked the idea of the wheat free soy then forgotton all about it and what it was!
