I am going to make Chicken Roasted in my Clay Pot with vegetables: zucchini, carrots, red onions and maybe some potatoes. Oh, and I will throw in some cut up apples too (they give it a nice flavor).

I'll probably just heat up the last of the split pea soup and maybe have a piece of 12 grain toast with Brie and Gruyere melted on top for a bedtime snack.

Made a Beef Stroganoff and it came out juuuust fine. Tried the new Lea & Perrin's Low Sodium Worcestershire Sauce in it and (surprisingly) found it to be a bit sweeter than the original. Looking at the label for the original found an interesting fact. The "original" has High Fructose Corn Syrup, the "low sodium" version has real sugar!!!

I thought that was pretty interesting information for anyone trying to avoid HFCS...oh...excuse me..."Corn Sugar".

That looks really yummy. I have never made pizza. You guys are inspiring me to give it a try.

What type of an oven did you bake that in and for how long? Whatever you did the result looks mouthwatering. Also, how did you make the dough?

Thank you! The dough was a raw ball of garlic & herb pizza dough from Trader Joe's, I cooked it in a regular oven at 500F for 10 minutes on a pizza stone.

Glood to know about the worcestershire! I was only able to find 1 brand of BBQ sauce at the store yesterday that didn't have HFCS in it and it was Cookie's brand. I'm sure I could have found one in the organic section but wasn't keen on spending more money on it.
