DJ It's called the Big Kahuna Smoke Generator
The attached tubing runs to an aqarium air pump.
Fill the cylinder with whatever wood chips you want &
provides over 4 hours of continuous smoke in the barrel.
I make & smoke my own cheeses & this provides the
smoke with no heat at all. If I'm gonna use WBS
normally with coal basket it provides awesome smoked
flavor!

Larry Wolfe I installed 3 intakes around bottom of barrel. I used 2" long 3/4" threaded pipe with screw on caps, so that I can open up or close off any combination of the 3.

Could you cut a couple of slots in the threaded section of the pipe, so that the slots are covered when the cap is fully screwed down, but as you unscrew the cap you progressively expose more of the slots? That would give you the ability to have some airflow choice other than "completely shut" or "wide open".BluzQue said:That's the only way I have Larry
