Only way to find raman without palm oil is to read the individual labels. Some do and some don't.

That recipe sounds interesting, but I wouldn't use instant ramen soup packages. I checked to see if whole grain ramen noodles existed. They do. But, while I was looking through the search results, I came across this interesting tidbit. You can "ramenize" any noodles. No, they won't be as good as high quality ramen noodles, but it sounded interesting and might be something you would want to try, since you care about the palm oil (and presumably the environment that gets destroyed by deforestation to grow more oil palms).

This recipe is from Serious Eats, so chances are it will work. I will probably give it a try.
