Years old canned tuna

I have canned tuna that may be 2 or 3 years old. Is it still edible?

If the can is not dented or damaged and it's not swollen, it should be ok to eat. Food in cans is meant to be kept a long time. However, if you're nervous about it. Toss the can.

I would open it for sure, if as Andy has said, it is not damaged.
Sometimes canned goods can take on a funky odor and taste and still be fine but certainly off putting. You will know when you open it.

I personally, have had cans several years old and been just fine.

I'm still here (although my kids might argue otherwise)
