I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem. I love to use shake n bake for pork chops but the problem I have is that it comes out crispy on top and soggy on the pan side. Does anyone else have this problem? :( I think I'm going to try and cook it on a rack tonight.
Has anyone tried to make their own? If so, I'd like the recipe :)

I haven't had Shank amd bake in years... I think I lived at home last time I tried it. Oh the memories. I should give it a try.

I'd either bake it on the rack or turn half way through baking to see if you could crisp up the other side. Good luck!!

A rack works well

Seems like the last time I tried flipping chops over, all the breading on the bottom stayed on the pan...

Ditto, you have to use a rack to hold it up off the pan or the bottom is going to be soggy or if it goes too long kinda burnt and greasy.
