oops sorry my bad! totally forgot to mention cocoa powder, well i added about 4-5 tbs of hershey's cocoa powder.

Two neighbor ladies had extra flowers from their landscaping this season, and they brought them over and planted them in my front yard... bless them!
So, beginning at 4:00 a.m. this morning I got the "baking bug" and made two loaves of banana bread from scratch. I added a handwritten "Thank You" card and delivered them before noon.
Now, I have to make a yellow layer cake with banana cream filling, and white frosting w/coconut. Tomorrow is my mother's birthday. It wouldn't be my first choice for a cake, but this was what she requested.
sugar free raisin bars. i am going to use currants instead of raisins,. that's what i have in pantry.
